Open procedure with two objects, pursuant to Articles 71 and 176 of Legislative Decree 36/2023, for the selection of a new private partner, subscriber of 49% of the share capital of the mixed company “Farmacia Assago Milanofiori S.r.l.”, and for the new award of the concession management of the municipal pharmacy of Assago (MI), for a period of 20 years, through the electronic platform “Acquisti Telematici” of Digitalpa S.r.l., with the criterion of the economically most advantageous offer on the basis of the best quality/price ratio, pursuant to Article 108 of Legislative Decree 36/2023 and subsequent amendments and additions.
