No. 4396/AQ/2026 - Open telematic tender procedure pursuant to Articles 25 and 71 of Legislative Decree No. 36/2023, to be awarded according to the criterion of the economically most advantageous offer pursuant to Article 108 of Legislative Decree No. 36/2023, for the conclusion of a four-year framework agreement, divided into seven lots, with a single economic operator for each lot, pursuant to Article 59, paragraph 3, of Legislative Decree No. 36/2023, for the execution of works (Lots 1, 2 and 3), design services at various levels, surveys and investigations, Site Management and Safety Coordination during the Execution Phase (Lots 4, 5 and 6), and for design verification services (Lot 7), related to the implementation of the Strategic Programme for environmental requalification and hydraulic risk mitigation of the Sarno River.
