Romania – Translation services – Achiziționarea serviciilor de traducere autorizată a documentelor aferente Programului Interreg VI-B NEXT Bazinul Mării Negre

The subject of the contract is the procurement of certified translation services from/to Romanian and English of the documents related to the Interreg VI-B NEXT Black Sea Basin Programme necessary for the optimal performance of the Managing Authority's activities. The deadline by which requests for clarification of the award documentation, including the contract model, can be submitted is 17 days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders. In accordance with the provisions of Article 161 of Law No. 98/2016, the contracting authority will respond clearly and comprehensively to requests for clarification/information regarding the award documentation on the 11th day before the deadline for tender submission.
