The Contractor shall supply a multi-roll system with 6 rolls, according to the latest state of the art, which weighs a maximum of 3 t and is set up on a footprint of 4 m x 2 m x 2.5 m. The 6 rolls made of hardened steel with hard chrome coating (20 cm diameter) shall be heatable up to 200 °C, with minimal surface roughness and precise concentricity. An electro-hydraulic gap control allows a gap accuracy of ±1 µm in various operating modes. All rolls shall be individually controllable with up to 20 m/min circumferential speed. For web guiding, adjustable winders with web edge correction are provided, which ensure a wrinkle-free web guidance. The powder feed is easily accessible, infinitely adjustable and optionally automated with level control. According to the enclosed specification, this system is to be developed, manufactured, tested at the plant according to the requirements of the Contracting Authority, delivered and commissioned on site by the Contractor.
