Norway – Refrigerating and freezing equipment – Framework agreement for service, maintenance and advice within cooling and heat pump techniques.

Oslobygg owns and manages and operates a large number of ice installations in Oslo, the portfolio consists of ice halls and outdoor ice surfaces and other cooling installations connected with Oslobygg KF. The ice halls and ice surfaces are mainly rented out to departments and entities in Oslo municipality. The systems in operation will vary throughout the season and year. Oslobygg KF shall enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer for service and maintenance of cooling and heat pump installations; including consultancy related to these. The contracting authority ́s portfolio in the area includes ice installations of varying degrees and sizes as well as some other installations. . The portfolio consists of i.a. co2, freon and amoniac installations. The framework agreement shall cover Oslobygg KF ́s total need for Kulde- og Varme pumptechnical services in a contract period of four years.
