Finland – Boats – Vesiskootterit ja trailerit 2026 (0072004)

**Target of the Procurement** Hansel Oy is procuring the Light Vehicles 2026 framework agreement, which consists of 13 independent framework agreements relating to various light vehicles. This Boats and Trailers 2026 (0072004) framework agreement concerns boats and trailers as well as related services as follows:

The following products are included in the procurement target:

• Boats and their spare parts and accessories

• Boat trailers and their spare parts and accessories

The following services are included in the procurement target:

• Services related to the delivery of boats and trailers

• Delivery of documents

• Arrangement of commissioning training and additional training

• Delivery of products with NOL and TOP delivery terms

• Delivery of maintenance manuals

• Maintenance, repair and equipment services

The procurement target is described in more detail in the invitation to tender and its attachments, especially in the attachment "Procurement Target".

**Contract Period** The contract period is two (2) years. Hansel Oy has the right to extend the validity of the framework agreement for a maximum of two (2) years with the framework agreement terms. See also section 6 of the framework agreement in the invitation to tender attachment A. Procurement contracts may be in effect for one (1) year after the expiry of the framework agreement.

**Scope of the Framework Agreement** The estimated value of the framework agreement is 900 000 - 1 200 000 euros (VAT 0%), including the option period. The maximum value of the framework agreement is 1 200 000 euros (VAT 0%). The determination of the euro value of the procurements is complicated by the fact that there may be unforeseeable, customer-independent changes during the framework agreement period in the funds provisionally allocated to the procurements of the customers connected to the framework agreement. The figures are based on information provided by the connected customers on the use of the framework agreement.
