**TED Notice**

Hansel Oy is tendering the Light Vehicles 2026 Framework Agreement, which consists of 13 separate framework agreements concerning various light vehicles. This Outboard Motorboats and Trailers 2026 (0072002) framework agreement concerns outboard motorboats and trailers, as well as related services, as follows:

The subject of the procurement includes the following products:

• Motorboats, 3 metres - 6 metres in length, and their spare parts, accessories, and consumables

• Trailer for motorboats and their spare parts and accessories

The subject of the procurement includes the following services:

• Services related to the delivery of boats and trailers

• Provision of documents

• Arrangement of commissioning and additional training

• Delivery of products with NOL and TOP delivery terms

• Maintenance, repair, and equipment services

The subject of the procurement is described in more detail in the invitation to tender and its appendices, especially in the appendix "Subject of the Procurement".

**CONTRACT PERIOD**

The contract period is two (2) years. Hansel Oy has the right to extend the framework agreement for a maximum of two (2) years with an option period under the terms of the framework agreement. See also section 6 of the framework agreement in the invitation to tender, appendix A. The framework agreements may remain in force for one (1) year after the expiry of the framework agreement.

**FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT SCOPE**

The estimated value of the framework agreement is 2 300 000 - 3 000 000 euros (VAT 0%), including the option period. The maximum value of the framework agreement is 3 000 000 euros (VAT 0%). The determination of the euro value of the procurements is complicated by the fact that there may be unforeseeable, customer-independent changes during the framework agreement period in the funds provisionally allocated to the procurements of the customers connected to the framework agreement. The figures are based on information provided by the connected customers on the use of the framework agreement.
