Poland – Petroleum products, fuel, electricity and other sources of energy – Dostawa energii elektrycznej dla Gostyńskiej Grupy Zakupowej Energii Elektrycznej na okres od 01.01.2027 r. do 31.12.2028 r.

The subject of this procedure is the supply (and sale) of electrical energy for the facilities (points of energy consumption, hereinafter also PPE) listed in Annex 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E to SWZ – description of the subject of the order, divided into 5 parts of the order:

1. I part of the order: supply of electrical energy for the years 2027-2028 to street lighting facilities (points of energy consumption, hereinafter also PPE) listed in Annex 1A to SWZ – description of the subject of the order. The planned amount of electrical energy during the order period is 11,784,098 kWh.

2. II part of the order: supply of electrical energy for the years 2027-2028 to the remaining facilities, including those with a photovoltaic installation (PV installation) listed in Annex 1B to SWZ – description of the subject of the order. The planned amount of electrical energy during the order period is 19,803,215 kWh, the planned amount of energy produced in the prosumer and fed into the grid is 142,134 kWh.

3. III part of the order: comprehensive service in the area of Enea Operator Sp. z o.o. for the years 2027-2028 for the facilities listed in Annex 1C to SWZ – description of the subject of the order. The planned amount of electrical energy during the order period is 139,604 kWh. This part concerns, in particular, PPE with PV installations or without adapted metering systems for the TPA service, information in this regard has been provided in Annex 1C to SWZ. Facilities with a PV installation will be settled on the basis of the original prosumer in accordance with the Act of 20 February 2015 on renewable energy sources. The ordering party does not consent to a change in the method of settlement. A change in the method of settlement may occur at the request of the ordering party.

4. IV part of the order: comprehensive service in the area of Tauron Dystrybucja S.A. for the years 2027-2028 for the facilities listed in Annex 1D to SWZ – description of the subject of the order. The planned amount of electrical energy during the order period is 381,508 kWh. This part concerns, in particular, PPE with PV installations or without adapted metering systems for the TPA service, information in this regard has been provided in Annex 1D to SWZ. Facilities with a PV installation will be settled on the basis of the original prosumer in accordance with the Act of 20 February 2015 on renewable energy sources. The ordering party does not consent to a change in the method of settlement. A change in the method of settlement may occur at the request of the ordering party.

5. V part of the order: supply of energy with distribution service (comprehensive agreement) to facilities settled within the energy cooperative listed in Annex 1E to SWZ – description of the subject of the order. The planned amount of electrical energy during the order period is 482,013 kWh. For these PPE, comprehensive agreements will be concluded with settlement of the prosumer within the energy cooperative on the basis of net metering, in accordance with the provisions of Section 2, Article 38c of the Act of 20 February 2015 on renewable energy sources.
