Poland – Recreational, cultural and sporting services – Świadczenie usług kafeteryjnych i usług o charakterze sportowo - rekreacyjnym dla pracowników Urzędu Miasta Krakowa w latach 2026-2029

The subject of the contract is: 1.1. in part 1: provision of services for access to a digital platform for approximately 3 500 employees of the City Office of Krakow, designated by the Contracting Authority, enabling the purchase of services and products in the following categories: sport and recreation, culture, education, leisure and tourism for adults and for children, as well as vouchers, financed from the funds of the Institutional Social Benefits Fund. 1.2. in part 2: provision of services for 1 100 employees of the City Office of Krakow, designated by the Contracting Authority, consisting in providing unlimited access to sports and recreational facilities and activities of a varied nature throughout the country, especially in Krakow. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract contains the contract templates (together with annexes), which are annexes no. 10A (Part 1 of the contract) and 10B (Part 2 of the contract) to SWZ. 3. The Contracting Authority allows for the possibility of submitting partial offers, for any number of parts, as referred to in point 1 above. 4. The Contracting Authority, within the limits set by art. 462 and subsequent provisions of the Act, allows for the possibility of implementing the subject of the contract by the Contractor using subcontractors. The Contractor who intends to entrust the execution of part of the contract to subcontractors, indicates in the offer the parts of the contract, the execution of which it intends to entrust to subcontractors, and provides the names of potential subcontractors, if they are already known.
