Bulgaria – Electricity – „Избор на доставчик на нетна активна електрическа енергия за нуждите на „МБАЛ - ШУМЕН” АД”

Supply of net active electrical energy for the needs of „MBAI – SHUMEN” AD. The subject of the present contract is the supply of net active electrical energy. The contractor must be a licensed electricity trader in accordance with Article 39, paragraph 1, item 5 in connection with Articles 69 and 69a of the Energy Act. The contractor must also be a licensed balancing group coordinator in accordance with Article 96a of the Energy Act. The contracting authority will not pay a fee for participation in the balancing group and sanctions for excess or shortage of imbalances.
