Romania – Restoration work – Lucrări de restaurare ale spațiilor interioare pentru Palatul Administrativ al Județului Dolj, monument istoric de interes național (proiectare şi execuţie)

Restoration works for the interior spaces of the Dolj County Administrative Palace, a national historic monument (design and execution)

The subject of the contract consists of:

- the preparation of the technical documentation Technical Project for the restoration of the interior artistic components by specialties (mural painting, stone, wood) and technical assistance from the designer for the entire duration of the works, including the necessary documentation to obtain the required opinions and authorizations, if applicable;

- the execution of the restoration works of the interior artistic components of the Dolj County Administrative Palace building, a national historic monument.

The restoration works will be carried out in phases, by objects, as follows:

- Restoration of main halls + vault

- Restoration of secondary halls + staircases

- Restoration of floor rooms – meeting halls

Any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation, respecting the deadline specified by the contracting authority, namely no later than 22 days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders. Requests for clarification submitted after this deadline will not be considered.

In accordance with art. 160-161 of Law 98/2016, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/information, 12 days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders, provided that these are addressed within the period provided in the participation notice. The consolidated response to the requested clarifications will be published in SEAP within the participation notice.

The total estimated value of the works contract (design and execution) is 27,942,870.00 lei without VAT, consisting of:

- Estimated value of the restoration works of the interior artistic components and mural decorations: 27,129,000.00 lei without VAT;

- Estimated value for design services: 610,402.00 lei without VAT;

- Technical assistance from the designer: 203,468.00 lei without VAT.

The values presented are indicative. At the tender, the total estimated value of 27,942,870.00 lei exclusive of VAT will not be exceeded.

The duration of the design and execution contract is 36 months, broken down as follows:

- Term for the preparation of the Technical Project documentation for the restoration of the artistic components, excluding the periods of MC approval - 30 calendar days from the order to start the design.

- Execution of the intervention works regarding the restoration of all artistic components and mural decorations: 35 months

Technical assistance from the designer will be ensured for the entire duration of the execution of the intervention works regarding the restoration of all artistic components and mural decorations, until the final acceptance upon completion of the works.

Contract validity: until final receipt
