The A400M DPP contract and the associated contract documents describe an approval and qualification concept in which the Certification & Qualification Organisation (CQO) is a central tool for managing approval and qualification. The CQO maintains various working groups "CQ Panels", which address specific technical topics and develop approval and qualification recommendations. The subject of the services to be procured are services in the form of processing the German work shares in the CQ Panels listed in the specification in accordance with the Terms of Reference (ToRs) according to the A400M Military CQ Procedures Information Document (MPID). This includes the evaluation of the respective industry test reports, the submission of recommendations to the CQO - in particular with regard to the CQ Compliance documentation - and the confirmation of the respective CQ conformity. Additionally, the contractor, among other things, prepares a final report on the respective project activity and a semi-annual report on panel activity. Furthermore, there is a quarterly obligation to report acute deficiencies to the project management.
