The German Pension Insurance Hessen has a branch of its headquarters in Königstein im Taunus, Altenhainer Str. 1. Approximately 430 employees are scheduled to work there. The existing buildings (main building and new building, construction year 2002) with a gross floor area of approximately 11,300 sqm (net floor area approx. 9,900 sqm) are to be optimized in their use by introducing a new usage concept (desk sharing partly with open space) and integrating the data center of the DRV-Hessen. For this purpose, interventions in the existing structure are necessary, which require the creation of a fire safety concept for the first time, as well as a building permit. For the introduction of new working worlds, adequate adaptations of the room structure and a fundamental renovation of the buildings occupied in 2002 are to be provided in order to ensure acceptance by the employees. The data center newly planned at this location is to meet the requirements of a high availability class (VK2+), for which the necessary safety concept has been created in advance by the engineering office VZM GmbH from Bonn. The integration of the new data center is to be carried out within the existing premises as far as possible, but requires structural and fire safety measures. The new fire safety concept for the entire building complex will also presumably result in considerable structural measures. In addition, the exterior facade of the new building, which is clad with HPL panels, is in need of renovation, and the facade of the main building also requires renovation. The main building to be renovated and the extension form a functional unit. With this tender, the following services are being tendered: The contracting authority intends to commission the future contractor with services for building design in accordance with §§ 33 ff. in conjunction with Annex 10.1 HOAI and services for landscape design in accordance with §§ 38 ff. in conjunction with Annex 11 HOAI in accordance with § 3 of the present contract.
