Framework agreement for structural engineering construction for maintenance services, 6 lots (Central, North, South, Southeast, Southwest, West), 1 to 7 trade lots per lot - Possible trade lots in the lots: Massive construction, Civil engineering, Steel construction, Scaffold construction, Rock stabilization, Corrosion protection, Concrete repair. The maximum number of framework agreement partners (contractors) to be bound per trade lot is contained in Appendix 01.01 Important Information. The quantities shown in the trade lot specifications (shopping basket) are exclusively for calculation purposes and are relevant for the tender evaluation. There is no entitlement to the award of the total quantities. In the trade lots, a price adjustment formula (material, labour, energy and fixed cost component) will be agreed over the contract period in accordance with the regulations in Appendix 2.28. The bidder can offer a discount scale for each individual order per trade lot. The discount scale will be combined into an evaluation discount as part of the evaluation. The defined scales and weightings are set out in Appendix 2.25. It is pointed out that the contractually regulated procedure of the possible price adjustment can have effects on the price competition, which is to be carried out when awarding the individual contracts. Details can be found in Appendix 2.28.2 (price adjustment clause), there under No. 7. The main contract period of the framework agreement is from 04.05.2027-31.12.2030. The framework agreement has different individual contract call-off levels per trade lot in the lots according to §2 paragraph 2.1 of the framework agreement and see individual lot descriptions in the notice text.
