In the framework of the implementation of the project "Strengthening the capacities of the National Coordination Center NCC-RO” “NCC-RO” - GA101227737, it is necessary to develop dedicated digital tools to support the achievement of the objectives assumed through Work Package WP2 – Open cascade funding calls and Work Package WP3 – Building the Cybersecurity Competence Community, in correlation with Objective 1 and Objective 2. The services for the development of the platform for submission and management of projects and for the management of the NCC-RO community, consist of an integrated digital platform, composed of two distinct functional modules, namely the module for the management of calls and projects, from the evaluation stage to monitoring and payments, and the community module.

Number of days by which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders: 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.

The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification by the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
