The subject of the present public procurement is „Preparation of a technical project and exercise of author's supervision for objects on the territory of Perushtitsa Municipality by separate positions“: Separate Position No. 1: „Preparation of a technical project and exercise of author's supervision for the object „Major repair, equipment and furnishing of Kindergarten „Radost“ in UPI I-568, Children's Institution, plot 46, according to the plan of the town of Perushtitsa, PI 55909.501.568.1 according to the KCKR of the town of Perushtitsa“; Separate Position No. 2: „Preparation of a technical project and exercise of author's supervision for the object „Major repair, equipment and furnishing of Kindergarten „Trakiyche“ in UPI VIII, plot 65, town of Perushtitsa“; The conditions under which the subject of the procurement will be implemented, the rights and obligations of the Contracting Authority and the Contractor for each of the separate positions, are in accordance with the documentation for the public procurement and the draft contract for each of the separate positions, as well as in accordance with the applicable regulatory framework. Scope of the public procurement: For Separate Position No. 1: „Preparation of a technical project and exercise of author's supervision for the object „Major repair, equipment and furnishing of Kindergarten „Radost“ in UPI I-568, Children's Institution, plot 46, according to the plan of the town of Perushtitsa, PI 55909.501.568.1 according to the KCKR of the town of Perushtitsa“ the following activities are included: 1/ Preparation of a technical project for the object „Major repair, equipment and furnishing of Kindergarten „Radost“ in UPI I-568, Children's Institution, plot 46, according to the plan of the town of Perushtitsa, PI 55909.501.568.1 according to the KCKR of the town of Perushtitsa“ in the following project parts: part „Architecture“, part „Structural Design“, part „Electrical“, part „HVAC“, part „Fire Safety“, part „Safety and Health Plan“, part „Waste Management Plan“, as well as part Project and Cost Documentation, including quantitative and valuation estimates; 2/ Compilation and submission of investment projects for approval. The projects should be prepared in 5 copies on paper and in *pdf and *DWG format, and the explanatory notes to the corresponding parts should be in MS WORD format and uploaded to a disk or flash drive; 3/ Elimination of comments/irregularities, from the date of their receipt in writing from the Contracting Authority (when applicable during their approval); 4/ Exercise of author's supervision. The built-up area of Kindergarten „Radost“ is 1822.51 sq.m. For Separate Position No. 2: „Preparation of a technical project and exercise of author's supervision for the object „Major repair, equipment and furnishing of Kindergarten „Trakiyche“ in UPI VIII, plot 65, town of Perushtitsa“ the following activities are included: 1/ Preparation of a technical project for the object „Major repair, equipment and furnishing of Kindergarten „Trakiyche“ in UPI VIII, plot 65, town of Perushtitsa“ in the following project parts: part „Architecture“, part „Structural Design“, part „Electrical“, part „HVAC“, part „Fire Safety“, part „Safety and Health Plan“, part „Waste Management Plan“, as well as part Project and Cost Documentation, including quantitative and valuation estimates; 2/ Compilation and submission of investment projects for approval.
