Germany – Sanitary fixture installation work – Gas-, Wasser- und Entwässerungsanlagen innerhalb von Gebäuden - Sanitär und Heizung

The construction site is located in the Berlin district of Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg, at the end of the cul-de-sac Trebbiner Str. as a public access road to the Technikmuseum, on the grounds of the 'Deutsches Technikmuseum Berlin'. The following services are to be provided:

Sanitary: The entire building services of the old building part are to be renewed. The complete sanitary installation in the building (old building) is to be replaced, with the exception of the sanitary facilities for the restaurant supply. Individual areas remain due to accessibility or assignment in the existing stock.

Heating: In the WC areas, the existing cast iron radiators will be replaced by modern panel heaters, including the replacement of the heater valves. The pipe connections will be adapted. In the basement, an automatic top-up device for the old building area will be installed. On the 5th floor, a heating line will be rerouted. In the ventilation central units, the heating circuits for the ventilation system will be renewed and connected to the new heating registers. Various fire protection deficiencies will be rectified.
