The Jugendstilvilla Guesthouse 2 was built in 1913 according to the plans of Albin Müller. The building, including the garden, is protected as an individual cultural monument. Therefore, compliance with the requirements of the monument preservation and craftsmanship are an absolute prerequisite for the plaster renovation. The exterior view of the building is characterized by a rough plaster texture with coarse aggregate and decorative and structural elements made of concrete. The cleaning of the masonry elements is part of this LV, but the masonry restoration will be awarded separately. The staining of the concrete masonry will then be carried out again in this order for painting work.
