France – Heat-exchange units and machinery for liquefying air or other gases – Marché relatif à la fourniture d'échangeurs de chaleur pour la DSP du réseau de chauffage urbain exploité par SFT sur la commune d'Annecy

The consultation concerns the supply, transport, and delivery of several heat exchangers (hot water fluid and elements necessary for their operation), any preparatory installation work prior to commissioning, and commissioning for the urban heating network operated by SFT in the municipality of Annecy. The expected hot water/hot water exchange capacity is approximately 36 MW thermal. The high-pressure side pressure is around 25 bar. The low-pressure side pressure is around 6 bar. The contract will include, in particular: The preparation of technical documents for the design and sizing of the units; Assembly in the workshop with inspection and testing prior to delivery; Delivery to a delivery location determined by the Contracting Authority; Any preparatory installation work; Testing, commissioning, and verification of the expected performance.
