Poland – Chromatographs – Dostawa modułowego systemu wysokosprawnej chromatografii cieczowej HPLC dla Wydziału Matematyki, Fizyki i Informatyki Uniwersytetu Gdańskiego

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a modular high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) system, hereinafter referred to as the "equipment", for the Faculty of Mathematics, Physics and Informatics of the University of Gdańsk. 2. The contract includes: a) delivery, installation and assembly, configuration, start-up and testing of all equipment modules at the location indicated by the Purchaser, b) conducting a two-day training session for the designated employees of the Purchaser (maximum 4 persons) on the operation of the equipment. 3. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) Code: 38432200-4 (chromatographs). 4. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in the description of the subject of the contract – Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. 5. Delivery address: University of Gdańsk, Faculty of Mathematics, Physics and Informatics, Institute of Experimental Physics, Department of Biomaterials and Medical Physics, ul. Kładki 24/63, 80-822 Gdańsk. 6. The Purchaser requires a 24-month warranty for the equipment. Details regarding the warranty are included in § 7 of the contract draft – Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. 7. After the conclusion of the contract, the Purchaser intends to apply for a 0% VAT rate under Article 83(14)(1) of the Act of 11 March 2004 on goods and services tax (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 775, as amended) – in respect of stationary computer sets and monitors.
