The provision at the prison unit of products – MEAT AND MEAT PRODUCTS for the optimal conduct of the specific feeding activities of detained persons, in accordance with the legal feeding standards. Penitenciarul Galați will initiate the necessary procedures, finalised by the award of a framework agreement which will run for a period of 12 months starting from 1 November 2026, as follows: Lot 1 – Pork meat – boneless pork meat with bone. Minimum and maximum quantities that may be requested during the entire framework agreement: min. qty. 15,000 kg, max. qty. 23,000 kg. - min. qty. for the smallest contract to be awarded - 1,200 kg. - max. qty. for the largest contract to be awarded - 8,000 kg. Lot 2 - Poultry meat – chicken breast with back. Minimum and maximum quantities that may be requested during the entire framework agreement: min. qty. 15,000 kg, max. qty. 29,000 kg. - min. qty. for the smallest contract to be awarded - 1,200 kg. - max. qty. for the largest contract to be awarded - 10,000 kg. Lot 3 - Smoked bacon. Minimum and maximum quantities that may be requested during the entire framework agreement: min. qty. 2,000 kg, max. qty. 4,500 kg. - min. qty. for the smallest contract to be awarded - 200 kg. - max. qty. for the largest contract to be awarded - 2,000 kg. Lot 4 - Smoked sausages. Minimum and maximum quantities that may be requested during the entire framework agreement: min. qty. 2,000 kg, max. qty. 10,000 kg. - min. qty. for the smallest contract to be awarded – 150 kg. - max. qty. for the largest contract to be awarded - 3,000 kg. Lot 5 - Summer sausage. Minimum and maximum quantities that may be requested during the entire framework agreement: min. qty. 4,000 kg, max. qty. 12,000 kg. - min. qty. for the smallest contract to be awarded – 200 kg. - max. qty. for the largest contract to be awarded - 4,000 kg. Lot 6 - Pork pâté. Minimum and maximum quantities that may be requested during the entire framework agreement: min. qty. 1,000 kg, max. qty. 4,500 kg. - min. qty. for the smallest contract to be awarded - 200 kg. - max. qty. for the largest contract to be awarded – 2,000 kg. Lot 7 - Pork pariser. Minimum and maximum quantities that may be requested during the entire framework agreement: min. qty. 1,000 kg, max. qty. 4,500 kg. - min. qty. for the smallest contract to be awarded - 100 kg. - max. qty. for the largest contract to be awarded – 1,000 kg. Lot 8 – Smoked pork breast. Minimum and maximum quantities that may be requested during the entire framework agreement: min. qty. 1,000 kg, max. qty. 4,500 kg. - min. qty. for the smallest contract to be awarded - 100 kg. - max. qty. for the largest contract to be awarded – 1,000 kg. Contracts related to the framework agreement will be awarded by Penitenciarul Galați in accordance with the provisions of the framework agreement and the needs of the latter, but only within the limits of the available budget funds, and payment will be made by the latter from budget credits approved by the revenue and expenditure budget. Any requests for clarification must be submitted in SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro/pub). Tenders must be submitted electronically in SEAP no later than the date and time mentioned in the relevant Participation Notice of this procedure - Section IV.2.2. Deadline for receipt of tenders or requests to participate. Tenders submitted by other means will not be considered. Tenders received after the deadline for receipt of tenders (Of) will not be considered. The contracting authority may extend the deadline for receipt of tenders. Any extension may be made up to a maximum of 6 working days before the deadline for receipt of tenders. The number of days until which clarification requests may be submitted before the deadline for submission of tenders is 16 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification or additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
