The subject of the current public procurement is a “supply” as per Article 3(1)(2) of the Public Procurement Act. The scope, volume and requirements for the execution of the public procurement are described and regulated in the Technical Specification, PART 2 of the participation documentation. The volume of the envisaged supply of electrical energy is 15,000 MWh and is formed on the basis of data from the Contracting Authority on the required electrical energy for past periods. The Contractor will carry out the assigned supplies in accordance with the requirements of the Contracting Authority and the legal and subordinate normative acts regulating the activities included in the specific public procurement. The subject of the procurement includes the supply of net active electrical energy from a coordinator of a standard balancing group, as well as all statutorily defined fees, the due excise and grid services (for combined services under Article 11(10) of the Energy Act), which the Contracting Authority pays to the Contractor at the current and determined by the KEVR and/or another competent authority prices, for the relevant period on the basis of information received from the grid operator.
