Finland – Building completion work – Renovering av Närpes stadshus - automationstekniska arbeten

Närpes City (the contracting authority) requests participation in the tender for the Renovation of Närpes City Hall – automation works. The question concerns the renovation and reconstruction of an existing building. The contracting authority is tendering building technical works as the main contractor. The contracting authority is tendering separate EL and HVAC works, which are subcontracted to the main contractor through subcontractor agreements. The renovation of Närpes City Hall is carried out as a renovation of an existing building at the address Kyrkvägen 2, 64200 Närpes. A description of the contract is set out in Annex D - Building Set Description. A more detailed description of the contract's content will be presented later in the tender's bidding phase. The procurement is carried out as an EU procurement via a two-stage procedure with a restricted procedure. The building contract is intended to start as soon as possible, but no earlier than after the procurement decision has gained legal force and provided that budgeted funds have been granted for the purpose. For the total contract, Närpes City has currently budgeted funds of 7.25 million €. The contracting authority reserves the right to terminate the procurement if the full council does not allocate sufficient funds for the project.
