The **HANKINNAN KOHDE** Hansel Oy is tendering the Light Vehicles 2026 framework agreement, which consists of 13 separate framework agreements for different light vehicles. This Snowmobiles 2026 (0072005) framework agreement concerns snowmobiles and related services as follows:

The subject of the procurement includes the following products:

• Snowmobiles and their spare parts and accessories.

The subject of the procurement includes the following services:

• Services related to the delivery of snowmobiles

• Documentation services

• Arrangement of commissioning and additional training

• Delivery of products with NOL and TOP delivery terms

• Provision of repair manuals

• Maintenance, repair and equipment services for snowmobiles

• Provision of testing equipment (optional service)

The subject of the procurement is described in more detail in the tender documents and their appendices, especially in the appendix "Subject of the procurement".

**SOPIMUSKAUSI**

The contract period is two (2) years. Hansel Oy has the right to extend the validity of the framework agreement for a maximum of two (2) years with an option period under the terms of the framework agreement. See also the framework agreement clause 6 in the tender documents appendix A. The procurement contracts may be in force for one (1) year after the end of the framework agreement.

**PUITEJÄRJESTELYN LAAJUUS**

The estimated value of the framework agreement is [X-X] euros (VAT 0%), including the option period. The maximum value of the framework agreement is [X] euros (VAT 0%). The determination of the euro value of the procurements is complicated by the fact that there may be unforeseeable, customer-independent changes during the framework agreement period in the funds provisionally allocated to the procurements of the customers related to the framework agreement. The figures are based on the information provided by the related customers on the use of the framework agreement.
