Finland – Motorcycles – Moottoripyörät C 2026 (0072009)

The procurement target is the Light Vehicles 2026 framework agreement, which consists of 13 independent framework agreements for various light vehicles. This Motorcycles C 2026 (0072009) framework agreement concerns motorcycles and related services as follows:

The following products are included in the procurement target:

• Motorcycles with an engine power of over 119 kW but less than 140 kW, as well as their spare parts and accessories

The following services are included in the procurement target:

• Services related to the delivery of motorcycles

• Documentation services

• Arrangement of commissioning and additional training

• Delivery of products with NOL and TOP delivery terms

• Provision of workshop manuals

• Motorcycle maintenance, repair and equipment services

• Provision of testing equipment (optional service)

CONTRACT PERIOD

The contract period is two (2) years. Hansel Oy has the right to extend the framework agreement for a maximum of two (2) years with an option period under the terms of the framework agreement. See also section 6 of the framework agreement in the tender documents, attachment A. Framework agreements may be in force for one (1) year after the expiry of the framework agreement.

FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT SCOPE

The estimated value of the framework agreement is 400 000 - 500 000 euros (VAT 0%), including the option period. The maximum value of the framework agreement is 500 000 euros (VAT 0%). The determination of the euro value of the procurements is complicated by the fact that the framework agreement may be subject to unforeseen, customer-independent changes during the framework agreement period in the funds provisionally allocated to the procurements of the customers connected to the framework agreement. The figures are based on the information provided by the connected customers on the use of the framework agreement.
