Switzerland – Special-purpose road passenger-transport services – Transports scolaires

The Commune of Rue is responsible for school transport for pupils (from 1H to 8H) living in the school district of Rue. The objective of the present contract is to ensure the transport of pupils within the territory of the Commune, in a reliable and secure manner, to the satisfaction of the children, their parents, the school district and the municipal authorities. The tenderer must imperatively submit an offer valid for 6 months from the date of submission. This offer must cover at least all the services described in Chapter 2 "Contract Object" of the tender documents. The contracting authority expects the contractor to provide a framework contract with an initial duration of 5 years (August 2027 - July 2032), which may be tacitly renewed from year to year (from August 2032 to July 2033 and from August 2033 to July 2034, respectively) up to a maximum of 7 years.
