The subject of the public contract performance is the comprehensive reconstruction of a section of the DN 500 water supply pipeline between Hosov and Jihlava, including all related construction, technological and electrical installation works necessary for its commissioning. The subject of the public contract performance is further specified in the commercial and payment terms (Annex No. 3 of the tender documentation), project documentation and list of construction works, supplies and services with a statement of quantities (hereinafter referred to as the “list of works”) (Annex No. 4 of the tender documentation).
