The aim is an analysis tool with which the resource requirements of PtX and BtX routes can be calculated based on six predefined intermediates. For this, the routes are broken down into modules. Each module generates its own resource profile. The module parameters and reference values can be viewed and adjusted within set limits. The overall resource requirement for each route is compiled from the resource profiles of the individual modules by balancing the modules in succession. For this, the analysis tool links a module database, a process step-related balancing logic, and a user interface and configuration level that can be used independently by the AG in a reproducible overall system. Applicability is demonstrated using selected example configurations and plausibility checks. Furthermore, resource profiles created with the analysis tool can be further investigated using sensitivity and scenario analyses.
