Bulgaria – Repair and maintenance services – „Надграждане, осъвременяване с нови технически средства на Интегрирана система за наблюдение на българо-турската граница в участъка от ГКПП Капитан Андреево до ГКПП Лесово и осигуряване на следгаранционната ѝ поддръжка“

The subject of the present public procurement includes: - supply, installation and integration of equipment, design and construction of 5 (five) SL (sensor lines) around 30.4 km for monitoring sections of the Bulgarian-Turkish border; - expansion of 1 (one) Regional Coordination Centre and of LCC Elhovo, as well as the relocation of LCC - Svilengrad to a new premises in the same building, according to the requirements specified in the TS, including the integration of SPTN "Krasta" into the composition of ISN 1, training of staff for operation, maintenance and administration of the equipment and performance of warranty maintenance; - post-warranty maintenance of the Integrated System for Monitoring the Bulgarian-Turkish Border in the section from GKPP Kapitan Andreyevo to GKPP Lesovo – ISN 1, including the remaining elements of ISN 1, which are not part of the newly constructed 5 SL, namely: - perimeter signalling and security system - 21 units (6 units along the river Maritsa and 15 units inland); - stationary technical observation post (SPTN) - 7 units; - local coordination centre (LCC) - 2 units; - regional coordination centre (RCC) - 1 unit; - mobile monitoring system (MMS) - 5 units; - communication system, connecting all the constructed elements. - training of staff for operation, maintenance and administration of the equipment; - performance of warranty maintenance. The requirements of the contracting authority regarding the scope of activities, subject of the public procurement, are specified in detail in the technical specification (Appendix No. 1) to the participation documentation.
