The subject of the current public procurement contract covers the exercise of construction supervision, including the performance of the functions of investment control and safety and health coordinator during the execution of construction and assembly works, in accordance with the approved investment project. The consultant must perform the functions arising from the Spatial Development Act (ЗУТ), through the key experts indicated in his proposal. All technically competent natural persons engaged with the subject of the contract must be included in the list of competent natural persons, which is an integral part of the issued certificate for the exercise of the activity under Article 166, Paragraph 1, Item 1 of the ЗУТ. The contractor is responsible for his activities and obligations as a participant in the construction process, regulated in Article 166 and Article 168 of the ЗУТ.

For the subject: "Major repair of municipal road HKV1249 /III-505/, Koren-Krivo Pole-Elena-Granitsa (Haskovo - Harmanli) - Bolyarski Izvor" there is an issued building permit No. 450/14.11.2024 from the chief architect of Haskovo Municipality. The construction is a Category III construction according to Article 137, Paragraph 1, Item 3, Subparagraph "ж" of the ЗУТ. The project development is in the technical project phase and envisages the execution of major repair of the section from municipal road HKV1249 /III-505/, Koren-Krivo Pole-Elena-Granitsa (Haskovo - Harmanli) - Bolyarski Izvor from km 0+000 to km 12+994.20, which falls within the territory of Haskovo Municipality. The municipal road HKV1249 develops in a flat area and passes through the territory of three settlements of Haskovo Municipality, as follows: Section from 0+000 to km 0+550 in the regulation of Koren village; Section from km 3+400 to km 4+070 in the regulation of Krivo Pole village; Section from km 10+400 to km 10+740 in the regulation of Elena village. Beginning of the section: (initial kilometrage 0+000) is the intersection with the republican road III-505 at km 14+164 in Koren and is not the subject of the current development; End of the section: (final kilometrage) in the boundary with Harmanli Municipality km 12+994.20. Length of the section: 12.994 km.
