The subject of the contract is the delivery of supplies within the scope of the order entitled: „Digitalisation of the Bieruń-Lędziny County and its subordinate units” – in the field of IT infrastructure. The purpose of the contract is to purchase, deliver, install and implement a modern IT infrastructure necessary to launch new public e-services and to expand and modernise already functioning e-services. 2. Implementation of the project will enable the introduction of new and the elevation of existing public e-services to the fifth level of maturity, which will ensure full digitalisation of administrative processes and the integration of all services provided by the Bieruń County Starosty and its organisational units. 3. In particular, the following activities are planned within the scope of the contract: IN THE FIELD OF TECHNICAL INFRASTRUCTURE, IN THE FIELD OF THE WEBSITE, IN THE FIELD OF EXPANSION AND INTEGRATION OF THE EZD SYSTEM, IN THE FIELD OF TRAINING - in accordance with the assumptions of the contract documentation published on the procedure page. 4. The warranty period for the entire subject of the contract must not be less than 36 months, with the exception of elements that are the subject of the offer evaluation criterion. 5. The specification of the subject of the contract is in the Subject of the Contract Description (hereinafter referred to as “OPZ”) which is Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and the draft contractual provisions (hereinafter referred to as “PPU”) which is Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
