Open two-stage anonymous design contest in accordance with Article 46 of Legislative Decree 36/2023, aimed at acquiring the Technical and Economic Feasibility Project (PFTE) for the requalification and re-functionalisation of the former San Sebastiano Prison in Sassari (SSD0037), destined to become the city's new Judicial Centre, through the use of materials and techniques with reduced environmental impact in accordance with Decree 24 November 2025 and subsequent amendments, as well as the use of digital construction information management methods and tools (BIM).
