Denmark – Construction consultancy services – Totalrådgivning vedr. realisering af helhedsplan ifm. renovering af afd. 305 Vaseparken I & afd. 306 Lumbyesparken

The present contract notice concerns the procurement of comprehensive consultancy services for the realisation of an overall plan in connection with the renovation of Dept. 305 Vaseparken I & Dept. 306 Lumbyesparken for Boligkontoret Fredericia. The project consists of the renovation of 9 high-rise buildings with a total of 545 public housing units, which were constructed with public support and are subject to the legislation, circulars, and guidelines applicable to such cases. The procurement of the total consultancy contract will be carried out as a negotiated procedure in accordance with §§ 61-66 of the Public Procurement Act. The contracting authority reserves the right to award the contract on the basis of the initial tender. The requirements for the task are set out in the tender documents.
