The Development Agency By & Havn ("By & Havn") wishes to award a framework agreement for the purchase of craft services ("the Framework Agreement"). The Framework Agreement is divided into 9 independent sub-agreements. Each sub-agreement is awarded separately to two contractors (tenderers) and will then be converted into an independent framework agreement for each of the two contractors. The 9 different sub-agreements (framework agreements) cover the following trades: • Sub-agreement (framework agreement) 1: Mason • Sub-agreement (framework agreement) 2: Painter • Sub-agreement (framework agreement) 3: Carpenter • Sub-agreement (framework agreement) 4: Ventilation • Sub-agreement (framework agreement) 5: HVAC • Sub-agreement (framework agreement) 6: Electrician • Sub-agreement (framework agreement) 7: Handyman • Sub-agreement (framework agreement) 8: Blacksmith • Sub-agreement (framework agreement) 9: Cooling The duration of each individual framework agreement is 2 years from the conclusion of the framework agreement with an option to extend by 1 year + 1 year, i.e. a total of 4 years including extensions. By & Havn manages and maintains an extensive portfolio of properties, locations and technical installations, where there is a continuous need for craft work in connection with both planned maintenance tasks and acute improvements. The Framework Agreement aims to ensure By & Havn flexible and efficient access to craft services of high and uniform quality, which support operation, maintenance and minor renovations and adaptations on By & Havn's current and potentially future properties, locations and technical installations. By & Havn wishes, with the Framework Agreement, to establish the framework for a constructive and trust-building cooperation, which ensures timely and professional execution and creates good solutions for By & Havn, the company's tenants and/or users of the city's spaces. The cooperation should at the same time support a uniform and efficient ordering and contract management process with a particular focus on quality and adherence to schedules. The tasks of the individual sub-agreements (framework agreements) relate primarily to internal and external operational and maintenance work as well as minor renovations and adaptations and can include both planned work and acute improvements. The tasks will mainly be distributed on the following task types: • Operational tasks • Maintenance work • Repair work • Renovations and new installations • Ad hoc and acute tasks The tasks will typically consist of the services/work that are customary for the individual trade, including possible delivery and assembly or replacement of relevant building parts and components as well as associated dismantling, restoration, cleaning and disposal of waste to a relevant extent as well as ad hoc tasks. The list is not exhaustive, and the task includes all services and ancillary services that are necessary for a professionally correct and complete execution of the specific order within the individual trade. The Framework Agreement will also include a smaller number of project tasks with combined craft services at a maximum estimated value of 4 million DKK excl. VAT. Furthermore, reference is made to the description of the individual sub-agreements in this notice as well as the description of the services in accordance with the Task Description (Annex 1) and the contractual basis mentioned in the Framework Agreement's Section 4. By & Havn wishes to have a strong sustainable profile. Therefore, By & Havn wishes that the contractors under the Framework Agreement focus on sustainability, including minimising waste, reusing materials, using environmentally friendly vehicles and machinery etc.
