France – Electricity – Accord-cadre pour la fourniture et l'acheminement d'électricité sur le territoire de la Moselle dans le cadre d'un groupement de commandes sur les années 2028 à 2031 (relance)

This framework agreement aims to define the general contractual terms between the contracting authority and the various economic operators, in accordance with Articles L 2125-1 1°, R 2162-1 to R 2162-10 of the public procurement code for the award of future subsequent contracts in the years 2028 to 2031 (subsequent contracts may specify or supplement the terms set by the framework agreement, without substantially modifying them) relating to the supply and delivery of electricity and associated services in the territory of Moselle within the framework of a purchasing group.
