This framework agreement concerns the performance of asbestos and lead diagnostic missions on all buildings in the city of Colombes, as well as the ancillary and accessory interventions necessary for the complete and perfect execution of the works within the framework of the contractual documents and the applicable regulations. Nature of services. This involves carrying out diagnostics to assess the presence of asbestos and lead, in accordance with the regulatory and normative texts in force at the date of performance of the services. The various elements of the mission that are the subject of the contract are: - Carrying out asbestos diagnostics before rehabilitation work: exhaustive search, identification and location of materials and products containing asbestos; - Carrying out asbestos diagnostics before demolition work: exhaustive search, identification and location of materials and products containing asbestos; - Carrying out bituminous surfacing core samples and, if necessary, simultaneous search for PAHs according to the applicable test methods and accreditation requirements in force; - Preparation of asbestos technical files and summary sheets; - Updating existing asbestos technical files and updating summary sheets; - Carrying out lead diagnostics before work and before demolition: exhaustive search, identification and location of materials and products containing lead; - Carrying out lead wipe samples; - Carrying out measurements of asbestos fibre dust in the air: air sampling, analysis and counting of asbestos fibres; - Carrying out visual checks (visual findings) after asbestos removal work: before the handover of premises that have been the subject of removal or encapsulation of materials and products containing asbestos, visual examination to check the quality of the removal and cleaning (1st and 2nd handover); - Carrying out lead work checks (CTPP): visual examination to check the proper execution of lead work and cleaning; - Carrying out lead dust measurements on the floor: before the handover of premises that have been the subject of lead work, dust sampling and analysis of the lead concentration rate. The initial contract and each renewal is limited to 500,000.00 euros (excl. VAT). These amounts are on an annual basis.
