Description

The INOSAT L2 project includes, in the Chute to Stack lot, the processes « four-chaudière » (F.C.), « treatment of fumes » (T.F.) including the related electrical and control technology. The Chute to Stack lot comprises the elements assimilated to the furnace and the boiler with a municipal waste incineration line with a nominal capacity of 15 t/h and a gross thermal capacity of 56 MW in a new incineration building to be constructed at the north end of the existing pit. This lot includes the design, delivery, assembly and commissioning of the combustion (air system, grate, combustion regulation and bottom ash extraction) as well as the boiler, the 3-field electrostatic precipitator, the external economiser and all necessary auxiliary systems (conveyors, pumps, pipes, piping, instrumentation, actuators, cabling, etc.). Moreover, the Chute to Stack lot comprises the treatment of fumes for a flow rate of approximately 80,000 Nm3/h. It includes the design, delivery, assembly and commissioning of a 4-stage wet scrubbing unit (quench/acid stage, neutral stage, fine dust removal, condensation stage), a SCR system on purified fumes (steam-fume exchanger, ammonia water injection, SCR catalyst), two fume-fume exchangers (scrubber system and SCR system), an induced-draft fan, a fume-water exchanger and a chimney with all necessary auxiliary units (pumps, pipes, piping, instrumentation, actuators, cabling, etc.). The Chute to Stack lot also includes the medium and low voltage systems and the control technology for the new line.
