Description

Mini Micro UAV acquisition and support for a Remote Piloted Aircraft System (RPAS) with a rotating wing, micro-mini class, with a weight not exceeding 2.5 kg. The contract amount of 15,515,744.05 €, including the non-programmed quota, will be calculated based on the bid discount of the base tender and shall not exceed the 20% limit of the contract amount. Furthermore, the offer must provide for the option for a total amount equal to 50% of the contractual amount. Therefore, the maximum amount for the company is 23,273,616.08 € (15,515,744.05 € + 7,757,872.03 €). Need to procure Remote Piloted Aircraft Systems (RPAS) with Rotary Wings capable of performing complex technical-operational tasks due to a multiple sensor equipment, new transmission technologies, and a widespread distribution of information. The mandate is aimed at the acquisition of: - 196 Remote Piloted Aircraft Systems (RPAS) of Micro/Mini class with Rotary Wing, with a weight not exceeding 2.5 kg, each including: • 1 aircraft with relative multisensor: Electro-Optical/Infra-Red; • 1 complete ground segment (composed of 2 command and control stations (Ground Control Station – GCS) with embedded simulator, communication device for aircraft control and for the reception/transmission of data and images, interconnecting and power supply apparatus, Aircraft Ground Equipment (AGE); • an additional complete radio terminal (for each system) in order to allow integration within the tactical network of the Italian Army - equipment/devices for carrying out all the activities provided for by the maintenance plans of LINE (on the field) and BASE MAINTENANCE (laboratory); - backpacks for the tactical transport of the system and cases (type “peli case”) for operational/strategic transport; - Spare Parts (SP) suitable to ensure the performance of 100 hours of flight per system per year for three years; - Additional sensors for acquisition: 3D aerial photogrammetry, IR thermography with IR sensor; - User and maintenance manuals; - On-site technical assistance on call, for scheduled and corrective maintenance activities on the national territory for 18 months; - Engineering support aimed at ensuring flight safety in accordance with the current aeronautical regulations for 18 months; - Offline technical assistance; - Training courses for operator instructors, technical maintenance instructors and for operators and maintenance technicians; - Type Certification activities of the RPAS according to what is provided by the AER(EP).P22; - System verification through vulnerability cyber tests.
