Poland – Sewage, refuse, cleaning and environmental services – Odbiór, zbieranie, transport i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych pochodzących z terenu Gminy Wrocław w obrębie Sektora 3

In order to implement the subject of the contract, the Contractor is obligated to:

1) equip the properties serviced with containers, maintain them in an appropriate sanitary, orderly and technical condition, and supply bags intended for collecting municipal waste in a quantity necessary to ensure the proper implementation of the service,

2) collect, collect, transport and dispose of municipal waste collected directly from the serviced properties,

3) implement notifications sent by the Contracting Authority regarding the exchange/replacement/removal of containers from the serviced properties,

4) collect, collect, transport and dispose of waste from the selective collection of large-sized waste collected in general-access containers,

5) collect, collect, transport and dispose of waste from the selective collection of biowaste consisting of plant parts from the care of green areas, gardens, parks and cemeteries, collected in an active manner,

6) collect, collect, transport and dispose of waste from the selective collection of expired medicines,

7) remove waste accumulated in places not intended for this purpose,

8) carry out intervention works,

9) collect, transport and dispose of used needles and syringes,

10) collect, transport and dispose of waste collected using SZOP and SZOT operating in the Sector,

11) achieve/report annual levels of waste management,

12) prepare reports and balances in the field of performed activities and achieved annual levels of waste management.
