The framework agreement will be executed by the issuance of purchase orders. The services are settled by unit prices. The provisions of this Particular Administrative Clauses Document (PACD) concern: Supply of water meters. The provisions of this framework agreement apply to all services related to the implementation of the following operation: Supply of volumetric water meters and radio modules for the Communauté de communes du Clermontais. The present contract concerns the supply, transport, unloading and storage on the delivery site of water meters and accessories, according to the modalities specified in the Technical Specifications Document (TDS), necessary for the metering of water consumed by the subscribers of the Pôle Intercommunal de l'Eau, whether at the point of consumption (individual meters) or in the valve chambers of hydraulic works (pumping stations, reservoirs, networks). The contractor will implement all the human and material means necessary for the proper execution of the contract. The potable water competence is exercised in-house over the entire territory of the Communauté de communes, with the exception of the commune of Usclas d'Hérault, i.e. approximately 16,000 subscribers. The deployment of radio-reading is carried out gradually since 2018, the date of the takeover of the potable water competence.
