The AdSP hereby notifies that the company Top cucina Eventi s.r.l., holder of the Formal Act no. 87/24 and the related Supplementary Act no. 109/26, concerning the use of a structure located at the Trapezoidal Pier, covering a total area of 2,432.00 sq.m (including 71 sq.m occupied by a pergola and 120 sq.m by an outdoor area), plus 91 sq.m of open space, for the purpose of enhancing catering and cultural tourism services, as well as for carrying out public performances, musical and dance events, with an expiry date of 28.01.2030. With application prot. AdSP no. 16310 of 24.03.2026, the aforementioned company requested the variation of the duration of the concession title until 28.01.2040, due to the structural investments made and to be made, pursuant to art. 24, second paragraph, first sentence, reg. cod. nav. This notice is published for 30 consecutive solar days on the GURI, the OJEU, the Bulletin Board of the Municipality of Palermo and the online Bulletin Board of this Authority (www.adsppalermo.it). Any observations and/or competing applications, the latter limited to the time frame following the natural expiry of the concession title (28.01.2030), may be submitted within the expiry date of the aforementioned publication period on the GURI to the Ente's pec address. The documents of the procedure are available at the Demanio Office of this Authority. The person responsible for the procedure is the Head of the Demanio Area.
