Description

Contract award for the supply of intermediate rods for the years 2026-2032. BT-70 OPT-060

Continuation of the conditions related to the performance of the contract: 2. The condition for the award of the contract is that the inviting party, as the licensee, must have the manufacturing license for the tenderer's product issued by the Hungarian Atomic Energy Authority (hereinafter: OAH). This license is obtained by the licensee in the case of a new system element to be installed in the blocks of the Paks Nuclear Power Plant, based on the documents and requirements provided by the tenderer for the procedure, and the presentation of the compliance with the modification licensing procedure for the system element. The current OAH license applies to the intermediate rod manufactured by SKODA JS a.s., according to the documentation described in the Technical Description and Operating Instructions version Ae 4574/Dok/R 5, approved in the HA6080 numbered OAH license. To prove the above point 1, the inviting party requests a declaration from the tenderer as part of the tender, which the inviting party checks at the latest before the conclusion of the contract. Any failure to comply with the declaration qualifies as a withdrawal by the winning tenderer, in which case the inviting party may, in accordance with Section 131 (4) of the Public Procurement Act, award the contract to the tenderer who was identified as the most favorable tenderer in the written summary of the evaluation of tenders, if they were identified. 3. Minimum contractual requirements: The inviting party considers the provisions of point 5.15.6 of the Contract Draft (The Supplier's Declarations Related to the Conclusion of the Contract) as a minimum contractual requirement in accordance with Section 87 (1) of the Public Procurement Act, which are not negotiated with the tenderers. Detailed information is contained in the KD.
