The subject of the contract is: Cashless purchase of fuels and automotive products for ZDW in Bydgoszcz and regional units for the years 2027-2029 for: ZDW Bydgoszcz, ul. Dworcowa 80, 85-010 Bydgoszcz - (ZDW), RDW Inowrocław, ul. Budowlana 40, 88-100 Inowrocław - (RDW INO), RDW Toruń, ul. Polna 113, 87-100 Toruń – (RDW TOR), RDW Tuchola, ul. Przemysłowa 4, 89-500 Tuchola - (RDW TUCH), RDW Wąbrzeźno, ul. 1 Maja 61, 87-200 Wąbrzeźno - (RDW WAB), RDW Włocławek, ul. Chopina 1, 87-800 Włocławek - (RDW WLOC) RDW Żołędowo, ul. Pałacowa 15, 86-031 Osielsko – (RDW ZOL) 2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract includes the Subject of the Contract Description (hereinafter also referred to as: SCD), which is Annex no. 1 to the Contract Template and the Contract Template, which is Annex no. 3 to the SWZ. 3. The estimated quantities of deliveries specified in the SCD (Annex no. 1 to the Contract Template) and in the Price Form (Annex no. 2 to the SWZ) are estimated quantities, accepted by the Contracting Authority solely for the purpose of calculating the price of the offer by the Contractor and indicating the expected, indicative needs in the scope of the subject of the contract. The actual quantity of deliveries will result from the actual needs of the Contracting Authority, while the maximum value of the contract (agreement) will not exceed the amount which the Contracting Authority intends to allocate for the financing of the subject of the contract and to this amount the subject of the contract will be implemented, i.e.: ZDW – 804 669,12 zł gross; RDW INO – 617 794,56 zł gross; RDW TOR – 1 086 464,45 zł gross; RDW TUCH – 793 825,92 zł gross; RDW WAB – 754 239,17 zł gross; RDW WLOC – 1 411 250,68 zł gross; RDW ZOL – 1 052 766,72 zł gross.
