The painting works will be carried out in the interior of the buildings Mensa and Sporthalle in the basement, on the ground floor and on the upper floor, as well as in the underground car park and in the outdoor area of the Tiefhof and the access ramp, and consist of, among other things:

- Spackling of exposed concrete walls: 230 m²

- Dispersion silicate

- Interior coatings, wall and ceiling surfaces: 3000 m²

- Metal coatings on stair railings as balustrades: 50 m

- Metal coatings of steel frames and steel doors: 100 frames, 26 door leaves

- Floor coatings 2K-epoxy resin in the basement Mensa and Sporthalle: 370 m²

- Hydrophobic impregnation on exposed concrete walls, interior: 4000 m²

- Hydrophobic impregnation/ graffiti protection on exposed concrete walls, exterior: 500 m²

- Surface consolidation exposed concrete in the stand area: 300 m²

- Wood wool multi-layer board with stone wool cores: 280 m²

- Foam glass insulation

- Insulation with plaster finish: 30 m²
