The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity for the years 2027-2028, for the building of the Lublin Conference Centre at 2 Artura Grottgera Street, Lublin. 2. Forecasted consumption: 1) 2027 – 1,500,000 kWh 2) 2028 – 1,500,000 kWh 3. Tariff group - B24, four-zone tariff for large companies, supplied from the medium-voltage network, with a contractual power greater than 40 kW. 4. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex No. 1 to SWZ. 5. Wherever trademarks, patents, origin, standards, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems are indicated in the description of the subject of the contract, the Purchaser accepts equivalent solutions. Equivalence means the ability to offer the subject of the contract with no worse technical parameters, configurations, normative requirements, etc. 6. The subject of the contract should be implemented in accordance with the applicable regulations, by the Contractor having the appropriate experience, execution potential, and having persons with the appropriate experience and qualifications. 7. The execution of the subject of the contract and its delivery for use must also be in accordance with all legal acts applicable to the subject of the contract, binding Polish standards, guidelines, and principles of technical knowledge.
