Poland – Diesel oil – Dostawy oleju napędowego

The subject of the contract is the successive deliveries of drive oil (hereinafter – DO) in a maximum quantity of 176 000 litres, carried out on an ongoing basis as per the actual demand of the Buyer, divided as follows: a) up to 160 000 litres, in an estimated average monthly quantity of 5 500 to 6 600 litres for the Foundry Production Department (TPH); b) up to 16 000 litres, in estimated batches of approx. 2 000 litres delivered every 3-4 months for the Abrasive Materials Production Department (TPMŚ) in Głogów, in accordance with the requirements specified in:  The Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 26 June 2024 on the quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1018),  The Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 25 March 2010 on the methods of testing the quality of liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1058),  The Polish Standard PN-EN 590 – Motor fuels – Drive oils – Requirements and test methods, dedicated to vehicles performing work at the Buyer's site.
