Romania – Fire-brigade uniforms – Acord cadru - Articole de echipament pentru uniforma de serviciu și instruire, destinate personalului militar din cadru I.G.S.U.: Lot nr. 1 – Costum unic pentru bărbați și femei - uniformă de serviciu și de instruire; Lot nr. 2 – Tricou cu epoleți – uniformă de serviciu.

A procurement procedure involving the award of framework agreements for the supply of products: Lot No. 1 – Single uniform for men and women - service and training uniform; Lot No. 2 – Jacket with epaulettes – service uniform. The equipment items that make up the military representation uniform are provided to military personnel, through in-kind distributions, based on standard 2 of Annex 2 to H.G. 1301/2006 with subsequent amendments and additions, and the annual logistics plans approved at the level of the secondary budget authority. Taking into account the provisions of the applicable legislation, namely H.G. 1301 of 20.09.2006, with subsequent amendments and additions, as well as O.M.I.R.A. 262 of 06.08.2007, with subsequent amendments and additions, according to which military personnel are obliged to wear the uniform during working hours, combined with the fact that, for the equipment items that are the subject of this tender, at the level of I.G.S.U. there are no longer valid framework supply agreements, the context has been determined which imposes the launch of the public procurement procedure for these military uniform items. Clarification requests regarding the award documentation will be transmitted only through SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro), by accessing the dedicated section "Questions" from the details of the ongoing award procedure. ATTENTION!!! For the respect of the principle of equal treatment, the interested economic operators will respect the provisions of the ANAP notification no. 247 regarding the method of transmitting clarification requests and additional information to the award documentation / responses formulated in the event of the conduct of the award procedures of the public procurement contracts through electronic means (on-line), in the sense that the documents attached to the "Questions" section WILL NOT CONTAIN THE IDENTIFICATION DATA OF THESE, since these will become public at the time of transmission of the response by the contracting authority! The frequency of awarding subsequent contracts: annually, depending on the need of the contracting authority and the approved budget funds. The deadline by which the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all clarification requests/ additional information: 16 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders / applications: 25. The frequency of awarding subsequent contracts: semi-annually, depending on the need of the contracting authority and the approved budget funds.
