The contract concerns (continuing) the daily collection, storage, and provision of reliable groundwater level measurements to the municipality of Emmen and to the BRO. The contractor is responsible for the telemetric measuring equipment, validation of the measurement data, and provision of the measurement data via an internet application. The municipality of Emmen will not own the measuring equipment. The responsibility for the measuring equipment, management and maintenance, data processing, data validation, data storage, and presentation of the data in a portal, and delivery to the BRO lies with the contractor.
