The subject of the contract is the preparation of an update to the project and cost documentation for the task: "Reconstruction of Zalewowa Street (from Odrzańska Street to Szmaragdowa Street)" along with support to the Contracting Authority during the procedure for selecting the contractor for the construction works, in particular through the analysis of requests for clarification of the subject matter of the contract, which will be the project and cost documentation, and the preparation of clarifications, which constitutes the basic scope of the Contract. The implementation of the contract, which is the subject of the Contract, aims to: - prepare the task for implementation; - ensure project and cost documentation enabling the selection of the contractor for the construction works in a procedure in accordance with Public Procurement Law, including obtaining a decision from the Office for Public Procurement. The implementation of the contract, which is the subject of the Contract, also includes the performance of author's supervision activities during the implementation of the task (construction works carried out on the basis of the project and cost documentation for the task "Reconstruction of Zalewowa Street [from Odrzańska Street to Szmaragdowa Street]") – Option Right.
