The subject of this order is the design, supply and installation of equipment and technological installations as part of the expansion and modernisation of the existing municipal waste segregation installation located at the Waste Management Plant in Polkowice. The subject task is a continuation of the actions of the Company implemented as the first stage of modernisation of the Waste Management Plant, within which a new technological hall was built and part of the waste segregation installation was modernised, currently covering the old and new technological hall. As part of the implementation of this Task, the existing municipal waste segregation installation will be equipped with a series of devices aimed at optimising the waste segregation process through the automation of the sorting process, in the scope of waste from selective collection. The technological layout should be adapted to the sorting of various streams of municipal waste – waste from selective collection of plastics and metals, paper and cardboard waste, the calorific fraction from selective collection, the oversize fraction 80-340mm constituting the calorific fraction separated from mixed municipal waste, and various streams of mono-waste. The process of sorting individual waste streams will take place in separate operational variants of the operation of the waste segregation installation, depending on the free processing capacity of the waste segregation installation. The installation of additional devices will take place in the existing technological hall, with simultaneous integration with the existing technological layout of the waste segregation installation, located in the second newly built hall together with the waste bunker, implemented as part of the first stage of modernisation of the Plant. The subject Task will be implemented with co-financing from the funds of the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027, Priority FENX.01 Support for the energy and environment sectors from the Cohesion Fund, Action FENX.01.04.
